The method

    The audit before the build.

    We read the firm the way an auditor reads a ledger. Three findings, rank-ordered by the capital they return. If the right answer is a process change, a clearer report, or a letter to a supplier, that is the finding we file.

  2. 02Build

    Only what pays for itself.

    What we build is scoped to the figure on the finding. Every piece ships with its own account — hours a week recovered, headcount deferred, revenue per unit lifted. Measured from day one and against the figure that justified it.

  3. 03Keep

    The house of record.

    We remain. Hosting, uptime, iteration, the quarterly review. Our fee follows the result, not the hour. The engagement is partnership-shaped — a correspondence that renews on the figures it moves.

The standard

A local hire company kept its fleet in a dozen spreadsheets and a public house that read like a brochure. We built the ledger — inventory, bookings, the day sheet — on one screen, and rebuilt the public house as the first page of the ledger. A single operator now closes the day; two did it before.

A multi-site retailer could not tell the warehouse what the counters had sold until the paperwork caught up. We built the ledger so the sale is the instruction — the counter writes, the warehouse reads, the auditor finds the entry already in place. Reconciliation is no longer a department.
